This beautiful grey Icelandic is
a new sculpture by Kathleen
Moody!
The Icelandic horse originates
from Iceland, where today they
are still the only horse on the
island. In fact, no other breed
of horse has been introduced to
the Icelandics bloodline, and
no horses can be imported, which
created a pure bloodline with
all ancestry tracing back to
Iceland.
Their coats can be a vast array
of colors, including roan, dun
and pinto, but chestnut, bay and
black are most common. Gray is
also seen, which fades over the
years to white, like Elskas
coat.
With their high-action gaits and
long, thick manes and swinging
full tails, Icelandics
definitely have presence!
Named after the Icelandic word
for love, Elska shows that
there is much to adore about her
impressive breed!
Limited to just 3,000 pieces!
And shes only available in
Breyer retail stores!*
