• NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Many will enter, but only one (1) will win!
• Sweepstakes is open to all legal U.S. residents, ages 13 and up. Parental consent is required for entrants under age 18 if selected as a potential winner. Void where prohibited or otherwise restricted by law.
• Sweepstakes begins Tuesday, 10/21/2014 at 12:01AM EDT and ends Thursday, 10/30/2014 at 11:59 PM EDT.
• To enter, complete the Breyer Website Entry Form above. Limit one (1) entry per day, per person and email address.
• One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received, on Friday, 10/31/2014. We will contact the potential winner by email on or about 10/31/2014. The first name, first letter of last name, city, and state of the winner will be posted on or about 11/14/2014.
• The selected potential winner must provide valid contact and shipping information including full name, age, street address (no P.O. boxes), city, state and zip, or parent or legal guardian's name and email address or telephone number if under age 18, to Sponsor by telephone or email (telephone and email address will be provided to potential winner in notification email) within five (5) business days or he/she will forfeit the prize and an alternate winner will be selected. Information collected will be used for the purposes of this sweepstakes only and will not be used for marketing or other purposes, unless approval is given on entry form to use email address provided to receive emails from Sponsor.
• The prize will be awarded in the name of the parent if the winner is a minor.
• Prize: One (1) Breyer Mischief Night Model (Item #711995; Estimated Retail Value: $25.00) will be awarded to one (1) winner. Winner is responsible for all taxes on prize.
• Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
• Prize will ship on or about 11/10/2014.
• Employees of Breyer and/or Reeves retailers, Sponsor, and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
• All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned.
• By participating, sweepstakes entrants: (1) represent that they have complied with these Official Sweepstakes Rules; (2) grant Sponsor the right to use his or her name, city, state, and likeness, (3) release Sponsor from all and all liability in connection with this sweepstakes, and (4) agree to execute an affidavit of eligibility/prize acceptance form and publicity release if requested to do so, all without further compensation.
• Sponsor is not responsible for technical or other malfunctions with its website or the internet, lost, late or misdirected emails, or incomplete/incorrect entries.
• Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify anyone who attempts to tamper or otherwise interfere with the proper functioning of the promotion and/or its website.
• Sponsor reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion in the event of a malfunction beyond Sponsor's control.
