The Mustang Mare was initially released in 1976 with no mold marks, with the round "Breyer Molding Co." stamp added at a later date. The mold was sculpted by Maureen Love, originally for Hagen-Renaker as "Daisy, Mustang Mare," and is Breyer mold #3065MA.
