Warehouse Finds
Western Prancer - Chestnut Quarter Horse - Blue Roan The "Warehouse Finds" series appears to be a re-release of retired models that Breyer still had in stock, along with some painted/repainted in an old pattern. Some collectors have seen small variations in color from the original release and some have items missing (the Old Timer hat and blinkers) or changed (the Western Prancer tack). As should be obvious from the above, Breyer has not released much information on these Warehouse Finds, saying only that they were "found in our warehouse."
Breyer made a similar release, "Warehouse Gleanings," in 1996 and 1997, renumbering discontinued regular and special run models issued during 1988 through 1994 and selling them to retailers in plain cardboard cartons.
